The default "portion size 1 serving recipe" will give you quantity for 2 trays of brownies (30*20cm)
Melt butter and dark chocolate together, set aside (room temperature)
Sieve cocoa and flour, set aside
Pre-heat oven at 170 degrees, lay out your trays with parchment paper
Whisk egg and sugar together until you get to a “ruban like” texture then stir in your butter and chocolate mixture followed by flour and cocoa
Pour the mixture into the trays then scatter with chocolate chips and toasted almonds
Bake for 25 minutes
