Gruyere & Cheddar Savory Treats Recipe
Place butter (room temperature), flour, salt and pepper into your mixing bowl, use the paddle and mix until all the ingredients form a ball then add cheeses to it (do not over mix)
Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll each portion to logs of 3 to 4cm diameter)
Place the logs into the fridge to cool down
When cold, cut the logs into 1cm discs, place the discs on parchment paper on oven trays (spread them out to make sure that they do not touch during oven expansion)
Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees or until golden brown
