Modern tarts and quiches class (lemon meringue, smooth chocolate & coffee creme brulee...)

This is a very exciting course as we will be stepping into the world of tarts. Mickael will share his acclaimed ‘ Best Quiche Lorraine UK’ 2012 recipe. Exploring the all important pastry perfection for both savoury and sweet tarts. Looking at the synergy between ingredients, the various textures and flavours and how to use them in harmony.


This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat and you will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
