In this course we will be making some wonderful light brioche with inclusions, toppings and various shapes. One of Mickaels’ favourites as he was literally born and fed brioche on daily basis, coming from Vendee – France’s Brioche capital.
We will aim to make some brioche crowns, plates and some tourtisseaux using one of the first brioche Vendeenne recipes.
This is a 6 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat and a light lunch. You will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
