In this class you will learn everything you need to know about handling French dough. A full introduction to the typical French bread making methods. Make the world-renown French Baguette, the artistic Fougasse and various shapes for your “petits pains” selection to impress your guests and family. There’s no better way to learn that than from the French Master Baker himself.
This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat and you will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
