Traditional British bun classes (fruit cake, iced buns, hotcross buns....)
Learn to make the best of the British traditional buns. Teacakes, Hot Cross Buns, Saffron cake and Finger Rolls. We look to achieve the textures required to produce that mouthwatering bite and the perfect finishing glazes.
This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat and you will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
