In this class we will travel to various parts of Italy via bread. Baking ciabatta, foccacias, bread sticks and flatbreads. We will work with wet doughs and add in different ingredients from the mediterranean cuisine (olives, sundried tomatoes etc) that will produce flavours and colours that transport you to Italy.
This is a 4 hour class. Tea and coffee will be served together with a home baked treat and you will take home all the goodies you baked in the class.
